How We Train

At Prime Fitness Clarksville, we offer Group Style Fitness as well as Individual Training sessions, so there is truly something for everyone here. Our training sessions last about 45 minutes and are comprised of the latest technology and training methods. You won’t spend countless amounts of hours on cardio machines here, but instead, focusing more on strength and endurance training led by the most qualified and attentive staff.
