Everyone is looking for the best (and easiest) way to look and feel the way they desire and there is just so much nonsense out there in which to get lost.

There will always be the next new and shiny way to get fit and someone will be screaming it from the rooftops of the internet.

I feel that that may be doing more harm than good.

How is someone with no legitimate education in the area supposed to discern between what is truly effective and what is a fad, or worse, a straight-up lie?

Sometimes the people preaching that some new science has come out and the program they have designed is finally the best, fastest, easiest way to X-goal genuinely believe it to be true.

I can’t fault them for their efforts or their passion.

But there are also the people and organizations who are simply looking to capitalize on a pain point in their audience.

Unfortunately, our vulnerabilities and human-nature that leans towards what appears to be easiest can make the person selling the next “new” thing a quick buck whether or not the plan they are selling even works.
