Performance/Rehabilitation Training

If you are someone who is looking to get back from an injury or just move through your day without pain, Prime Fitness does offer Individualized Performance and Rehabilitation Training.

Before you begin your training regimen, you will begin with a consultation and assessment with our certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.

PURPOSE:

  • To prevent and/or rehabilitate soft tissue injuries, joint impingement, and/or chronic and acute joint and muscle pain through individualized, progressive programming.
  • Individual sessions will focus on re-training appropriate movement patterns while correcting overactive and under-active muscle groups to help individuals return to or maintain pain free movement.
