14 Days for $14 at Prime Fitness Clarksville

Here’s what your first 2-weeks training at Prime includes:

    • One-on-one consultation and Inbody body composition test
    • 6 Small Group Personal Training sessions designed to build muscle and burn fat in a fun, safe strength training workout (1 to 6 coach to participant ratio)
    • Unlimited Large Group Training for additional cardio, fat burn, and heart health (we call it Team Training)
    • Team of professionals to guide, support, and cheer you on!

Everyone begins their fitness journey with some sort of goal in mind.

That may be to lose weight, get stronger, feel better, or to live without pain.

During your first week we will get you scheduled for a one-on-one consultation where we want to learn about you and your goals!

It is much more difficult to see progress with your training if you have no direction, so we want to sit down with you to hear about your goals, what you’ve done in the past, what has worked, and what hasn’t worked in order to help provide some direction for you in your fitness journey.

The initial consultation at Prime is how we set you up for success!


Small Group Training is where the rubber meets the road!

In a Small Group session, you will have one coach to every six participants.

Your coach is there to teach you the movements, correct form, recommend weight, give you high fives, ask what you had for lunch that day or dinner the night before, and help keep you on track and motivated. We want to coach in all senses of the word and the fun part about that is that it looks different for every client!

We offer Small Group sessions Monday-Friday from 5am to 6:30pm and Saturdays 7:30-10:30am.


Team Training (Large Group) sessions are our supplemental H.I.I.T. cardio or high-intensity circuit training sessions.

A Team session can have up to 20 participants to one coach, and is programmed in a way to accommodate more people.

Team sessions will be structured on the clock in some way with the intention to focus on high energy and effort, less on strength training. We recommend most clients layer in Team sessions for additional high-intensity cardio and core work, but they won’t be the foundation of your training at Prime.
