Prime Performance Training sessions are designed to help our clients perform activities efficiently, effectively, and safely—whether in sports, daily life, or occupational tasks.
Unlike general fitness programs, Prime Performance Training goes beyond aesthetics and focuses on functional improvements in areas like:

HIT
HIT Sessions (High Intensity Training) are high intensity training sessions designed to improve overall fitness, including strength, endurance, mobility, and cardiovascular health. It’s a balanced program delivered in an energetic and fun environment. HIT Sessions are full-body workouts with a focus on high-intensity intervals and circuits. These sessions are best used in supplement to a Performance Training program. HIT Sessions are typically 45 minutes long.
Prime Corrective Training
Our Prime Corrective program is a structured plan designed to identify and address movement dysfunctions, muscular imbalances, and postural issues to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance. The Corrective program is delivered in a 1-on-1 setting initially, but can be done with up to 3 clients per coach.
MyZone Heart Rate Tracking
Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone delivers a fully connected solution for anyone who wants an accurate (equiv. to an EKG at 99.4%), gamified and motivating wearable experience. Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
