We are a non-competition gym and encourage each and every one of our clients to move at their own pace. Whether you are an advanced athlete looking to improve mobility or a complete beginner after a long period of rest, we have a program design for you!
We do not take the opportunity we have to walk through life with our members lightly. We consider it a privilege and a responsibility to care for them more than just physically. We celebrate strength gains as someone increases their Deadlift weight. We celebrate in the same way when someone hits their 6 months sober milestone or finds out their cancer is is in remission. HOW WE TRAIN
At Prime Fitness Clarksville, we we are a training-centric gym, which means you will work directly with an educated, and experienced strength coach every time you walk in the door. We offer a comprehensive, evidence based program design. Within each program there is a foundational strength component, a dynamic movement portion focused on mobility and stability, and a component of high intensity cardiovascular and functional core work. There is truly something for everyone here. Our training sessions last about 55 minutes and are composed of the latest evidence based technology and training methods.
Here at Prime Fitness Clarksville, we offer several unique training programs designed to fit your budget and fitness needs. Prior to signing up for a membership, we encourage potential clients to come in for their FREE one-on-one Strategy Session! During the Strategy Session you’d get to sit down with a qualified coach to discuss your health and exercise history (what’s worked and what hasn’t), your nutrition, your specific personal goals, and the why that’s behind those goals. Then we’d put together a plan to accomplish your health/fitness goals! We genuinely want you to be in the program that is best for you as an individual. Starting this way allows us to make an educated suggestion on which program will help you accomplish your personal goals.
