Our philosophy at Prime Fitness is simple, we want to be the best part of your day, everyday. When you join the Prime Fitness family, you are receiving so much more than a workout facility. HOW WE TRAIN
At Prime Fitness Clarksville, we we are a training-centric gym, which means you will work directly with an educated, and experienced strength coach every time you walk in the door. There is truly something for everyone here. Our training sessions last about 45 minutes and are comprised of the latest evidence based technology and training methods. You won’t spend countless amounts of hours on cardio machines here, but instead, focusing more on strength and endurance training led by the most qualified and attentive staff.

Here at Prime Fitness Clarksville, we offer 7 unique training programs designed to fit your budget and exercise needs. Prior to signing up for a membership, we encourage potential clients to Take advantage of our 21 day trial! Our 21 Day P.T. Experience allows prospective members to get started at their own pace and work directly with a qualified strength coach. The trial is 21 days and costs $74 for 9 Small Group Training Sessions and 6 Large Group Training Sessions. We genuinely want you to be in the program that is best for you as an individual. Starting this way allows us to make an educated suggestion on which program will help you accomplish your personal goals.
